Sinituote online store delivery terms

Sinituote Oy (Business ID 0723086-1) sells on the and website (hereinafter “online store”) products for private persons and companies located in continental Finland and to European Union member countries served by the Parcel Connect delivery method (Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, The Netherlands, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Estonia). We do not delivery to the Åland Islands. All product prices include the value added tax. We reserve the right to alter the prices and delivery costs.

Ordering a product from the online store

Products are ordered from the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and then paying for the contents of the shopping cart at checkout. All customer data is processed confidentially. When ordering from the online store, you are assumed to have acquainted yourself and accepted the delivery terms valid at the time of purchase.

Registering for the service and processing of personal data

Contact details provided in connection with an order will not be used for any other purpose than delivering the order or rectifying any related irregularities. Sinituote will separately request the customer’s permission to send them the newsletter.

Ordering from the online store does not require registering for the service.

Paying the order in the online store

Payment service provider Paytrail

The payment system is implemented and provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The receiver of payment shown on your bank statement or credit card bill is Paytrail Oyj who forwards the payment to the vendor. Paytrail Oyj is licensed to act as a payment institution. In case of a complaint, we recommend that you contact the supplier of the product first. When a transaction is made, Paytrail collects the user’s IP address, the payment method and the time of transaction.

Walley Invoice/Payment in installments

The Walley Invoice/Payment in installments service can be used for purchases of up to EUR 5,000. A Walley Invoice always includes an interest-free* term of payment of at least 30 days and up to 60 days. This means that your invoice will only be due on the last day of the calendar month following the date of purchase. (* The payment interest is 0%, with an invoicing fee of EUR 3.80 added onto the first invoice.)

You can either pay the sum total on the first due date or choose to pay in 1–36 monthly installments. Paying in installments is automatically activated once you have paid at least the minimum installment indicated on the invoice. If you wish, you can pay in larger installments or pay the sum total that is left at once.

Monthly interest on the installments is 1.6%, equivalent to an annual interest of 19.20%. A EUR 2.95 monthly account maintenance fee is added to the invoice, making the annual percentage rate of interest for an EUR 1,000 purchase 21.3%.

Choosing the Collector Invoice/Installment payment, you will always receive the product before paying for it. This creates flexibility and security for changing or returning products.

The Walley Invoice/Payment in installments method can be used by a person over the age of 20 with an immaculate credit rating. A credit check is conducted when processing every order. A EUR 5 late fee is charged for any late and missed payments in addition to 1.6% monthly interest for the late period.

Delivery cost and methods

The online store delivery cost depends on your chosen delivery method and the sum total of the order. Delivery costs are always provided prior to ordering.

Delivery costs outside of Finland EUR 9,90.

The delivery methods available that allow tracking the delivery are Posti parcel and Posti Home Parcel and a letter sent without a tracking number. We also offer the Matkahuolto Near Parcel and Home Delivery. For deliveries abroad we offer Parcel Connect delivery, with the maximum size of parcel 60x60x120cm. The size restrictions does not allow ordering large products outside of Finland.

Delivering the order to the customer

We process orders from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Sinituote hands parcels over to Posti or Matkahuolto within 0–3 weekdays of placing the order. Our delivery times within Finland are usually 1–4 weekdays. Sinituote is not responsible for any possible delays of the logistics company.

The tracking number indicated on the order confirmation is activated when Posti/Matkahuolto picks up the parcel for delivery. No tracking number is available if the selected delivery method is a letter.

We are not responsible for any delays due to force majeure reasons or any indirect damages caused by delays. We provide information regarding all known unusual delivery times on our website.

Return policy

Within Finland

We offer a free-of-charge right to returns for a period of 14 days within Finland. The returned product must be unused, faultless and in its original packaging. The return form of the Sinituote online store, included with every product, must be filled in and included with the returned product. Return the product using the same delivery method with which you received the product. Returns are free of charge within Finland.

Returns from abroad:

The customer is responsible for the freight cost of any product returned from outside of Finland. In case of a complaint we will also reimburse the cost of freight. If you have a complain, please contact our customer support at first, and they will provide you instructions.
